If you’re from OCNY and want to get out more this spring, or you’re planning a visit and are not sure where to start, here are a few spots worth adding to your list.

As much as NYC gets the spotlight, there’s a whole side of New York just outside the city that’s just as worth exploring… and OCNY is a big part of that. Scenic views, outdoor adventures, and places that feel like a true escape without going far.

📍 Explore stormkingartcenter - Take in massive outdoor sculptures set against some of the best views in the Hudson Valley.

📍 Delaware River Rafting w/ silvercanoeraft - Get out on the water for a mix of laid-back floating and just enough adventure to keep it fun.

📍 Shop local produce at goshen_farmersmarket - Browse fresh produce, baked goods, and local vendors right in the heart of Goshen.

📍 Walk, run, or bike the orangecountynygovt Heritage Trail -
An easy, scenic path that’s perfect for getting outside and moving at your own pace.

📍 Explore Greenwood Lake’s beauty on the water - Spend the day boating, cruising, or just taking in the views from the lake.

📍 Relax, unplug, and unwind camping at stayneversink - A low-key escape where the campfire, fresh air, and slower pace do the work.

📍 Visit and ride the bearmtninn Mountain Merry-Go-Round - A one-of-a-kind carousel featuring hand-carved animals inspired by the region’s wildlife.

⚠️ Don’t forget to save this and share it with someone you’re ready to explore OCNY with this spring.

Have you checked any of these off yet? Which one are you most excited about? 👇
