Cory Schneider and Brian Boyle preview the New Jersey Devils’ 2026-27 season, discuss Luke Hughes’ potential for a big year and share their favourite Alex Ovechkin stories in the season premiere of One-Time All Stars.

The former Devils teammates assess New Jersey’s forward depth, the questions in goal and the competition in the Metropolitan Division. They also remember the night Ovechkin asked Cory to help him reach 50 goals, Cory’s nerve-racking autograph request to Jaromir Jagr and the NHL chirps Brian brought to men’s league.

Plus, their takes on NHL trade requests, rising salaries and what makes the Devils-Rangers rivalry special.
