🎄Christmas Cold Brew🎄 1 cup coarse ground coffee 4 cups room temp. Water 3 cinnamon sticks 6 cloves  3 star anise 6 cardamom pods, crushed  1/3 teaspoon nutmeg, finely grated 5 thin slices fresh ginger  1.5 teaspoons vanilla Add the ground coffee to a pitcher along with 4 cups of water and stir. Preheat pan to medium and add the cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and star anise. Carefully toast the spices for 3 minutes, stirring often, then add to the coffee. Add the nutmeg, ginger, vanilla to the coffee.  Cover pitcher and store in the fridge for 24 hours. Strain the cold brew, making sure not to disturb the coffee ground on the bottom of the pitcher.
