Rose and I made a Chicken Crust Pizza 🍕  Recipe:  1.2 pounds boneless and skinless chicken breast 1 egg 1/2 cup grated parmesan or pecorino cheese 3/4 teaspoon each onion and garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt couple cracks pepper Preheat oven to 425F. Add the chicken breasts to a food processor and blend well. Add one egg, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, cheese, and blend until combined.  Grease a quarter size sheet tray with olive oil and press the chicken dough into the pan, edge to edge. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.  Top with sauce cheese, toppings, and bake another 7-10 minutes. Enjoy! #meatza #chickenpizzacrust #chickenpizza #chickencrustpizza #pizzarecipe
