self-care isn’t selfish- some ideas to set up a successful work week for you:

• go for a walk outside
• meditate, leg’s up to relax nervous system
• wet or dry brush
• read (stalk book club highlight)
• 3 min freezing cold shower
• pamper yourself (mask, ice roll, play with a device- this is amedical turned cosmetic one, dropletteinc. i have experimented with it for the last 2 months & it very much plumps the lips (add lip oil after !). code LAURYN20 for 20% off. SO good in my opinion before makeup or between filler appointments or just for a quick PLUMP)
• write out upcoming week in a planner
• de-clutter your space
