#WhyWednesday: Dylan Earlington shared with us why he joined The Zeta Lambda Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. ⬇️
• Organization: Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
• Joined: Spring 2021
• Leadership Position(s) within Organization: Vice President
• “I decided the join Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated because of the outstanding brotherhood. Before I initiated into this organization, I created close and genuine relationships with the brothers. These brothers were also entrepreneurs just like myself, so I was able to learn from others about how to maintain a successful business. Another reasoning of joining the most prestigious organization of all time is because I grew up without a father-figure and this organization was able to show me the direction of becoming a successful black man.”
