#WhyWednesday: Katrell Clay shared with us why he joined The Zeta Lambda Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. ⬇️
• Organization: Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.
• Joined: Fall 2019
• Leadership Position(s) within Organization: President & Secretary
• “I joined my organization because of the brotherhood aspect of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. My parents and I are the only part of the family that lives in CT and in addition to that I grew up an only child so I never had any blood related cousins or uncles to talk to. When I saw how close the brothers of Phi Beta Sigma were I wanted that same connection. I also joined because of the scholarship aspect. I wanted to be in an environment where educated black men encouraged and motivated me to achieve my goals and ambitions.”
