#ChapterHighlight: ΓΦB ! The following is a reflection from a proud sister of the Eta Theta chapter of Gamma Phi Beta “Even though these past several months have been a difficult time for the UConn family, the country, and the world, our sisterhood has remained strong despite the physical distance between us. We were still able to raise funds for our philanthropy Building Strong Girls, as well as HuskyThon. After the transition to online classes, our sisters were resilient academically and we received a Scholarship Excellence Award from our internationals. Additionally, we took time to help educate one another on racism and white privilege by sharing resources, watching documentaries, raising money for Black organizations, and preparing a Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the Fall semester.
We are so proud of each of our sisters, and we are so proud of our sisterhood and the strength of our bond as we support one another.”
