## Caption

The Spanos family attended a groundbreaking for the new Alex G. Spanos Athletic Performance Center at UC San Diego. The center is made possible by a donation of $500,000 from Dean Spanos, chairman of the board of the chargers, and his family to expand the existing Alex G. Spanos Training Facility, located on the northwest side of campus. Thank you, Spanos family! 📷: Andy Wilhelm #UCSD #UCSanDiego #AlexSpanos #Spanos #TritonAthletics #SDChargers #TrainingFacility #Athletics
