My first baby-girl taught me just how much I could love another human being. My Isabella. Lord protect her from ALL danger, seen and unseen, distant and close, emotional and physical. Even when she isn’t in my presence and my care, I know that she’s in YOURS. No matter what the enemy tries to do to her and the strategies he may form against her, I pray that they NEVER prosper! Lord, guide her 2-year-old mind to yearn for you. Let every prayer we say together at home stick with her for the rest of her life. Lord, I pray that in her future, if someone EVER tries to abuse her or mistreat her, I pray that Your HolySpirit rises against it to STOP! Lord, bless her to be healthy, smart, beautiful, and in love with You. Help her to protect her baby sister, Savannah, and help her to learn what is good and pleasing to You. In a group of children, let her not go with the crowd, but bless her to STAND OUT. In the group of other children, rebuke any ungodly, evil behaviors when she’s in the room. Shield her to not pick up evil behaviors, vocabulary, and morals. Instill in her a lifestyle of prayer and dependence on You, and help me to continue to share the Word with her and show her the love you’ve given me. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!
