Fellas, keep scrolling. Ladies, breastfeeding or pumping mama’s, PLEASE READ: I recently experienced a decrease in my milk supply and I didn’t know why! I later learned that the main reason my milk wasn’t producing as much as it did before was because I was LEAVING TOO MUCH MILK IN, signaling to my body that I didn’t need to make anymore milk, so I give the Lord the credit for telling me to start back using my hand pump to get the excess milk OUT; GIRL, literally the next pumping session, my milk started coming back, and I was able to store so much more milk for my baby! I’ve recently been asking the Lord to make me an over producer so that I can have over 100 5oz bags stored in the freezer, and thank the Lord, I’m on my way! So, I wanted to share my testimony because I WAS getting SO DISCOURAGED, but the Lord wouldn’t let me give up! SO I’M HERE TO ENCOURAGE YOUTO KEEP GOING! Get you some breast milk supplements, oatmeal, body armor, mother’s milk tea, plenty of water, lactation cookies, and a hand-held pump, and GO TO TOWN, Honey. Breast milk is the BEST option for your baby, and YOU CAN DO IT! Get into your Word (even if you start with one scripture a week), and ask the Lord to give you however many ounces out of each breast per session. HE WILL! But you HAVE to do your part! And my baby, she likes to eat 😂 So, thank the Lord, she will have just what she needs to be full and healthy! I hope this video helps that mama who needs to see this! KEEP GOING, boo! You got this!
