Yoga Nidra has allowed be to be in a place in my life where I am ok with all that goes on day in and day out. Nothing has changed in my life other than now I take time for pause. This essential time has allowed me to begin to notice and see my life more clearly. Nidra changed my life so much that I became a Nidra facilitator and recently became a certified Yoga teacher. This is a photo of a magical group of mamas + me from a 2-day retreat I hosted in the #Flowerlounge space at the sancenterphx!
