## Caption

When we are soft, we are malleable. When we are malleable, we can bend in the wind without breaking - like bamboo. This means that when a serious challenge arises, we don’t snap in half, rather we can take in the situation, allow the energy to transform us and then put that fresh expression of ourselves back out into the world. It is softness that is strength. Vulnerability is courage. Allowing ourselves to experience pain and suffering makes us simultaneously softer and stronger.
