## Caption

Sometimes it is when we’re struggling, that we’re the most beautiful. We’re real, authentic and totally present with whatever is arising. When there is conflict, we see what we are made of. We get a taste of our strength and tenderness. And when we see a loved one in conflict we really get a sense of the beauty of struggle.
