## Caption

Flower of the day ~ First Star Orchid. The magic of this flower resonated with the #lotusweiteam today so I want to share an *ask* + *do* with you ...⠀
⠀
Ask: How can I embrace + nourish my fearless creativity even more? ⠀
⠀
Do: Block out time for creativity each week—work on creative projects purely for fun. Maybe it’s a painting class or getting your hands in the clay on the pottery wheel. Learn how to make jewelry, homemade ice cream, or Thai cuisine—whatever suits your fancy—but make sure it’s purely for enjoyment! Strengthen your creative juices, which will spill out into other areas of your life.⠀
