## Caption

I found the regal Self Heal flower in this vibrant patch of tall grass along a steep cliffside next to a secret hot spring in Iceland ~ sooo lush, and there were tons of friendly, long-legged spiders skittering alongside me on the rocks. Halfway up the cliff, out of the blue, I was overcome with dizziness. I had to sit down, for fear of falling down the mountain {Tay snapped this photo of me in that very moment}. I wasn’t overheated by the hot springs, and thought this dizzy feeling quite odd. My hands reached out to touch the ground beneath me. I took a deep breath. Off in the near distance I spied a flash of color underneath some huge green leaves. I cocked my head to the side and peered a little closer. There was a little purple flower hiding underneath the leaves. I moved closer and as I lifted up the leaf, the wild Self Heal flower took my breath away.⠀
