## Caption

Cervical mucus/discharge is a fluid produced by the cervix which changes throughout your menstrual cycle. 

Wet and slippery cervical mucus with an egg white consistency may indicate fertility since this happens around ovulation. 

This type of discharge makes it easy for swimmers to get to an egg at ovulation. 

Some people find charting their cervical mucus helps identify when they are more fertile and most likely to conceive.
