A county in Pennsylvania is currently providing free condoms to its citizens in an effort to tackle historically high incidence of STDs.

The condoms are being sent out by mail as part of the campaign, which is being managed by the local health department.

The campaign was launched in response to an increase in syphilis and Chlamydia infections in the county, which are also on the rise nationwide.

The initiative aims to promote safe sex practices and widen access to contraception.

What are your thoughts? Should this be implemented by other health departments?
