You can start certain activities seven days after a vasectomy….BUT…….you should use another form of birth control until your swimmer counts show that your s3m3n is free of swimmers. 

Typically, a s3m3n analysis is completed about two to three months after a vasectomy.

It’s very important to go back to your doctor and do the s3m3n test. This is the only way to make sure that there’s no swimmers left.
