In light of the recent events, there have been a lot of videos popping up on various social media apps about DIY methods for contraception and abort10n.

These don’t work and can cause more harm than good. 

Some believe Vitamin C can be used to prevent pregnancy but there’s no evidence to confirm the same. 

Vitamin C is great and is important for a healthy immune system, and also beneficial for maintain strong healthy muscle and bones. 

If you are looking for emergency contraception, there are options available including the EC pills(OTC and via prescription) and the IUD. 

Talk to your doctor if you have any health concerns and also before you think about trying out any of these home DIY methods.
