There’s a huge amount of misinformation out there. 
Unfortunately, how much people feed into the myths and misrepresentation of the v@gina can be extremely harmful.

The following are brief notes on why the points listed are facts vs myths: 

1. There is no scientific evidence to support the benefits of v@ginal steaming, and it also has the potential to be dangerous especially if not done properly. 
Your v@gina is a self-cleaning organ, and practices such as douching and v@ginal steaming can harm it.

2. When aroused, the v@gina becomes naturally lubricated, and it expands to accommodate. This all reverses once the arousal state is over. 
Overall traditional penetration will not cause permanent stretching.

3. Having v@ginal secretions/discharge is a completely natural process; it’s your body’s way of keeping your v@gina healthy and clean. 
It can also be an indicator of your v@ginal health as changes could be a sign that something is not ok.

4. There are some changes that involve the v@gina, cervix and uterus while aroused. The v@ginal walls have been noted to lengthen. It expands to accommodate just like noted in point #2.
