A Northwest midcentury modern house designed by respected architect Saul Zaik in the Lost Park neighborhood west of Portland is for sale. The 4,009-square-foot house built in 1977 is considered by experts as one of Zaik’s most significant Northwest style projects.

The asking price for the 1.88-acre property at 10950 N.W. Lost Park Drive in the Cedar Mill area in unincorporated Washington County is $3,489,900.

“The level of detail in both Saul Zaik’s architectural design and the owners’ interior finish choices is very impressive — something we rarely see on the market,” said listing broker Marisa Swenson of Modern Homes Collective.
