It's no doubt that this Sisterhood Superstar is one of #PhiMusPhinest ⭐️
This is Baylee Leavitt, a junior from West Monroe, LA. When Baylee isn't busy planning our Sisterhood events, she spends her time as a Biomedical Engineering major👩🏻‍🔬 She already sounds like a rockstar, right? Well Baylee is also the President of the Engineering and Science Association and a member of the Love Your Melon crew😲 We asked her how Phi Mu and Sisterhood have helped her to become a better leader and here is what she said!
"Sisterhood is having a group of girls that you don't have to be afraid to be yourself around. I was pretty quiet in high school, but my leadership roles in Phi Mu have helped me gain a lot of confidence in myself and have become a lot better about stepping out of my comfort zone. Phi Mu has given me the confidence that I needed to run for president of ESA. My sisters are always there to encourage and support me to be myself no matter what"
We are so proud of all that you have accomplished so far and can't wait to see what else you do in the future! LIOBaylee💕 #OhanaLTU
