2022 was a good one 🤗 it had a lot of highs & a lot of lows too. don’t let social media let you forget that pretty much everything that is posted is a highlight of the happy times :) ik i’m a week late to the ~New Year’s inspo~ type of stuff but here are the 7 top things i learned last year ↴

1. if nothing changes, nothing changes ✨ write down your goals & see what you need to change in your daily life to get closer to them
2. your time is priceless 💎 it’s important to know when to say no & yes to different opportunities presented to you
3. podcasts are really cool 🤩 there are so many out there that can just be for entertainment but also some that are insightful & motivating. find one you love !
4. don’t spend money on unnecessary items… (guilty🫣) i try to tell myself “if you don’t love it, don’t buy it” lol
5. reach out to your friends. new & old, close & far. it’s nice to show people you genuinely care about them & how they’re doing 👫 just give them a ring on the phone or go on a walk or get food
6. follow & pursue your passions. don’t put a ton of time & energy into things that you don’t truly love doing❤️‍🔥 but also remember your passions can change, & that’s just part of growing up
7. people have different forms of self-care find what that is specific for you 🧖‍♀️
9. you will never regret making a good home cooked meal 😌 make time to get in the kitchen & cook with wholesome foods (follow goodfoodgoodrun for help w this one ;)
