HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣
- 1/4 c mashed sweet potato** (read note at bottom)
- 1 tbs flour of choice (i did oat flour)
- 1 tbs nut butter of choice (i did peanut butter)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
microwave for 1 min and 30-45 seconds. top with whipped cream or yogurt & whatever else you like ( i did cinnamon & pecans). enjoy :)

**for the sweet potato, use up whatever kind of sweet potatoes you have! even if you have regular baked sweet potatoes you can just mash them up with a fork. if you don’t have leftovers you can do regular mashed sweet potato & add a bit of sweetened like maple syrup or honey
