the cold has arrived… time to whip out the baked oats‼️🤩

another repost recipe from last year… 🙃 but these VANILLA CHAI BAKED OATS🤍 are still one of my top favorite recipes soooo here it is again

this recipe is pretty simple too. & if you don’t have all the spices for the ✨chai✨ just add what you have. the only necessity is the cinnamon😉

fun fact of the day: cinnamon has some antioxidants. antioxidants are linked with helping muscle soreness & reducing oxidative stress in the body🤓
⁣
⁣⁣HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣
- 1/2 c oats⁣
- 1/2 c almond milk⁣ ⁣
- 1/2 tbs chia seeds⁣⁣
- 1/2 tsp baking powder⁣⁣
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon⁣⁣
- sprinkle of each ~ ginger, allspice, ground cloves, nutmeg, & salt⁣⁣

- 1 tsp coconut sugar⁣⁣
