made these last year & they are too good not to repost 😆 no bake✔️no blend✔️ no mess✔️wholesome ingredients✔️taste like dessert✔️

if you have never made energy bites before, let this be your first recipe trying them out bc they are PERFECT for when you just want a lil something sweet to grab out of the fridge 😋

HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣⁣
- 1 c oat flour⁣
- 1 tsp cinnamon⁣
- 1/4 tsp salt⁣
- 1/3 c pumpkin puree⁣
- 2 tbs sweetener (honey, agave, maple syrup)⁣
- 1/4 c nut butter⁣ (i don’t suggest peanut butter tho, but almond, cashew, or pecan butter are great bc they’re sweeter)
- 1 tbs melted coconut oil⁣
- 1/4 c almond flour⁣
- coconut sugar⁣
mix all ingredients (except coconut sugar) together until combined. place in fridge for ~5ish mins to harden a tad. then form into bite sizes balls & roll in coconut sugar. store in fridge & enjoy :)⁣
