the whole thing was gone in 3 days… in other words you should really make this simple, refined sugar free, filling, & delicious BLUEBERRY BANANA BREAD !!

switched this recipe up a tad from my many other banana bread recipes by adding in my favorite nut butter from abbysbetter & it added the perfect sweet, nutty flavor with the blooms & naners lol 🫐🍌😋🤍

HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣
- 1 c mashed banana (2 large or 3 small)⁣⁣
- 1 tsp vanilla⁣⁣
- 2 eggs⁣⁣
- 1/4 c melted coconut oil⁣⁣
- 1/2 c honey
- 3 tbs almond butter (abbysbetter - discount link in bio!)
whisk together in a bowl⁣
- 1 1/2 c all purpose flour⁣⁣
- 1/2 tsp salt⁣⁣
- 1 tsp baking soda⁣⁣
- 1 tsp cinnamon⁣⁣
add in dry ingredients & stir until just combined⁣
- 1 c blueberries⁣
fold in berries. pour batter into greased loaf dish & bake for 53-55 mins at 350 F or until edges are golden brown or knife comes out clean. let cool & enjoy :)
