BLUEBERRY MUFFIN GRANOLA !!
part 1 of the granola series 😎

thank you to emilyandoats for this swagalicious new series idea bc homemade granola = bae 🫶 lol

this one is an old throwback bc it has remained in the top 3 granola favs over the years so i highly suggest you try this out 😏 
⁣
HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣
- 2 c rolled oats⁣
- 1 c freeze dried blueberries ( i found a bag from TJ! )⁣
- 1 tsp cinnamon⁣
- 1/2 tsp salt⁣
- 2 tbs chia seeds⁣
- 1/4 c roughly chopped walnuts⁣
mix in a bowl⁣
- 1/3 c coconut oil⁣
- 1/4 c honey⁣
- 1/4 c vanilla protein powder ⁣(*opt)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣
combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. melt together in microwave. stir. then mix in vanilla protein powder. combine well with dry ingredients. spread on a greased baking sheet. bake at 375°F for 15 mins. let cool completely!! (you can also stick it in the freezer for 10ish mins to speed it up) once cooled, break into chunks, store in airtight container, & enjoy :)
