phish food !! → “chocolate ice cream with gooey marshmallow swirls, caramel swirls & fudge fish”

HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣⁣
- 1/2 c quick oats⁣⁣
- 1/2 c nut milk⁣⁣
- 1/2 tbs ground flaxseed
- pinch of salt⁣
- 2 tbs choc protein powder (misfitshealth - code: MAKENZIE20)⁣⁣
-⁣ 2 tbs yogurt
- splash of maple syrup
- chopped date + handful of mallows
- toppings: mini marshmallows, cacao nibs, & caramel sauce (mix together runny pb, cinnamon, + maple syrup)⁣
combine all ingredients except toppings in a jar. let it chill overnight. add toppings in the morning & enjoy :)⁣
