HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣
- 1 1/2 c oats⁣
- 2 tbs coconut sugar ⁣
- 2 tbs hemp seeds (*opt. just added for healthy fats)⁣
combine in blender until oat flour forms. ⁣
⁣
- 1/2 c frozen strawberries microwaved 45 sec or until slightly soft⁣
- 2 tbs nut milk⁣
- 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
add ingredients into blender w oat flour & blend until combined & a slightly sticky dough forms. roll into balls & place in fridge to solidify while you make “cream” mixture. ⁣

- 1/2ish c white chocolate chips⁣
- 2 tsp coconut oil⁣
- 1/2 tsp pink pitaya powder (*opt for pink color)⁣
grab two bowls. add 1/4 c white choc chips + 1 tsp coconut oil to each. microwave each in 30 sec intervals, stirring in between, until melted. add pink pitaya powder to one bowl & stir. dip balls into the bowls until covered. place back in fridge until chocolate hardens & enjoy :)⁣
