» 4TH OF JULY WHITE CHOC REESE’S CUPS «⁣
⁣
going to a 4th of july party & need something quick to bring?? well here ya go 😌⁣
⁣
this is the perfect finger food dessert for any 4th of july gathering my american peeps might attend this weekend 🥳 you could definitely double or triple this recipe depending on how many you need, or you can just make this little batch all to yourself…. i won’t judge 😌⁣
⁣
for my not american peeps 🤓 all i did was add food coloring for the festiveness so you could totally make these too for a YUMMYYYY dessert 😋 the almond butter was just 😚🤌 w the white chocolate ⁣
⁣
HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣
⁣
- red & blue food coloring⁣⁣⁣
- 6 tbs white choc chips (+ more if needed)⁣
- 1 1/2 tsp coconut oil⁣
grab 3 bowls & add 2 tbs choc chips + 1/2 tsp coconut oil into each. microwave each in 30 sec intervals until melted. add red & blue food coloring to 2 of the bowls (so now you have red, white, & blue choc). pour 1/2 of each bowl of the choc mix into 12 lined mini muffin cups. scrape chocolate up on the sides. place in freezer for 10 mins & create the following fillings while you wait. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
- 2 tbs nut butter (i used almond)⁣⁣⁣
- 1 tbs coconut flour⁣⁣ (can sun almond flour)⁣
melt in microwave for ~30 sec. stir in coconut flour. set aside. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
once 1st layer of chocolate is hardened, spoon nut butter evenly into the cups. then place back in freezer ~10 mins. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
after the 10 mins, add remaining chocolate on top. freeze another 10 ish mins or until hardened. store in freezer. & enjoy :)⁣⁣⁣
