totally forgot i had these cookies hidden in my camera roll!! 🤩 but like i said a bit a go, i’ve been trying to improve my self made baking recipes😗 soooo i stuck with one of my personal favs - oatmeal raisin 😋⁣
⁣
i feel like people either love or hate oatmeal raisin cookies so i’ve you’re a lover like mwah then you should definitely give this recipe a try 😉 ⁣
⁣
HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣
⁣
- 1 1/4 c rolled oats⁣
- 1/2 c flour⁣
- 1/4 tsp baking powder⁣
- 1/4 tsp baking soda⁣
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon⁣
combine in bowl. ⁣
⁣
- 1/4 c unsweetened applesauce⁣
- 1/4 c brown sugar⁣
- 1 egg⁣
- 1 tsp vanilla ⁣
- 1/4 c agave⁣
- 1/4 c raisins (or more if you like)⁣
combine wet ingredients in separate bowl. then mix into dry ingredients. fold in raisins. scoop by rounded tbs onto greased baking sheet. bake ~12 mins at 350 F. let cool on cookie sheet then transfer to wire rack to cool completely. ⁣

∗∗ substitutions: (ingredients above are recommended, but these subs would work too)⁣
- brown sugar → coconut sugar⁣
- applesauce → mashed banana⁣
- agave → honey or maple syrup⁣
