can never go wrong w a classic choc chip cookie that just melts in your mouth full of deliciousness 🤤

since these cookies use oats, oat flour, & almond butter they’re super chewy & w the warm and gooey chocolate they are just 📈🤩

i’m still working on my craft of creating my own bake-type recipes, so this original recipe is by simplyquinoa w a few substitutions of ingredients i had at home 🙂

HOW TO MAKE ↴
- 1/2 c almond butter
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
beat together until smooth.

- 1/4 c oat flour
- 1 c rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c mini choc chips (goodsamfoods)
stir into wet ingredients. scoop onto greased baking sheet. bake 10-12 mins at 350 F until golden brown. allow cookies to cool then transfer to rack. sprinkle w flakey sea salt if desired & enjoy :)
