was going to post this yesterday for waffle wednesday butttt was too excited about my oats… so here we are with waffle thursday 😌⁣

if you watch my stories then you might see no my little teasers for things i make before i post 🙃 & warning: this week get ready for a bunch more as i try to build up some stuff so i can still post when i’m on vacation this summer 😆⁣

HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣
- 1/2 c kodiakcakes mix⁣
- 3/4 tsp baking powder⁣
- pinch of salt⁣
- cinnamon⁣
combine in bowl. ⁣
⁣
- 1/2 mashed banana⁣
- 1/2 tsp vanilla⁣
- 1/4 c nut milk⁣
- 1 egg white⁣
- 1 tbs liquid sweetener (honey, syrup, agave)⁣
whisk egg white first until fluffy. then add in rest of wet ingredients. add to dry ingredients until just combined. ⁣
⁣
- handful blueberries⁣
fold blueberries into batter. cook in heated waffle maker ~5 mins or until golden. top w yogurt, banana slices, blueberries, syrup, & enjoy :)⁣
