» TROPSICLES «⁣
⁣
i guess i’ve been really punny lately bc yesterday i had tonight doughoats & today i have tropical popsicles.... aka. tropsicles 😎⁣
⁣
i mean talk about the perfect summer snack 🤤 just picture yourself chilling at the beach or drenched in sweat after a hot workout w one of these in your hand 🤩⁣
⁣
easy. delicious. & pretty customizable to your liking, but i thought these fruit combos together were perfect (& swipe to see a pic of the popsicle basking in the sun😫)⁣
🍌🍍🍓🍋🍊🥥🤍⁣
⁣
HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣
⁣
- 1 banana⁣
- 1 c pineapple⁣
- 1/2 c strawberries ⁣
- juice from 1 lemon⁣
- 1/2 c orange juice⁣
- 1/4 c coconut water⁣
- 1 handful of ice⁣
**all fruit can be fresh or frozen** blend together until smooth. pour into popsicle molds. *opt* add in chopped pieces of fresh fruit of choice, i used strawberries (can also do pineapple or banana). freeze overnight. run popsicle under hot water to remove from mold & enjoy :)⁣
⁣
∗∗ substitutions: you could honestly adjust the fruit to however you like! i would recommend adding 2-3 fruits & definitely a liquid like orange juice or coconut water to give an extra nutrient boost & better taste, but regular water could also work. ⁣
⁣
i also used reusable popsicle mold from zokuhq ! they have other eco friendly & reusable items so go check out their stuff & if you like anything, use code MAKENZIE for 10% off :)⁣
