before you ask... no this is not made of chickpeas :) instead it’s just a few simple ingredients to make a quick little dessert⁣

idk about you but a lot of times the raw cookie dough is just better than the cookies 👀🤷‍♀️ SO if you are in the mood to chill at home & just eat some cookie dough straight out of the jar, this recipe is for you 🤪⁣

butttt if you want you could also roll these up into little cookie dough balls and add on top of smoothies, yogurt bowls, or as a little crumble on top of desserts !

HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣
⁣
- 1 c oat flour⁣
- 1/3 c almond milk⁣
- 1 tbs honey⁣
- cinnamon⁣
- 3 chopped dates⁣
- choc chips⁣

mix all ingredients except dates & choc chips. once dough forms fold in dates & choc chips. store in fridge & enjoy :)⁣

- oat flour → almond flour⁣
- almond milk → another nut / oat milk⁣
- honey → agave or syrup⁣
