if you’ve never tried making your own granola bars let this be your sign 🤩 these turned out soooo gooood & literally all you need to do is mix everything in a bowl, press it in a pan, & plop it in the fridge !!⁣⁣
⁣⁣
you could 100% customize these however you want too ! you could swap the almonds for another nut, OR switch out the coconut flakes w another nut or seed, OR change the nut butter 🤪 butttt if you do like coconut & almonds i highly recommend you try this combo 😎⁣⁣

HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣⁣
⁣⁣
- 1 c soaked and pitted dates⁣⁣
- 1/2 c pulsed or roughly chopped almonds⁣⁣
- 1/4 c coconut flakes⁣⁣
- 1/4 c almond butter (i used abbysbetter GOODFOODGOODRUN for discount :) ⁣⁣
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon⁣⁣
- 1 c rolled oats⁣⁣
⁣⁣
use food processor or blender to make dates into a paste. transfer to a bowl. add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl. mix it all up until well combined. press into lined dish. refrigerate overnight. cut into bars. store in fridge. & enjoy :)⁣⁣
