» i tried freezing some coffee in an ice cube tray.... highly recommend ⁣⁣

» at first i wasn’t sure if these flavors would go good together but this actually turned out GREAT especially w the frozen coffee cubes giving the smoothie some extra thickkkkness lol⁣⁣
⁣⁣
» anywho here is what you need to blend 😌👇⁣⁣
- frozen banana⁣⁣⁣
- 3/4 c frozen blueberries⁣⁣⁣
- 1/4 c oats⁣⁣⁣
- ~ 10 ish frozen coffee cubes (or just brew some coffee & stick it in the fridge so it isn’t hot & use ~ 1/3 c)⁣⁣⁣
- 1-2 tsp honey⁣⁣⁣
- a couple walnuts⁣⁣⁣
- dash of cinnamon⁣⁣⁣
- a bunch of ice (keep adding until thick) ⁣⁣
- *opt* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (livwell_nutrition )⁣⁣⁣
- 1-2 tsp fromthereserve elderberry powder⁣⁣⁣
