» merry christmas eve eve everybody !! i feel like christmas kind of snuck up on us this year ! super excited to give people gifts and do fun things with friends and family 🥰⁣

» reminder: as the holiday meals with friends and family come remember to enjoy all you can and a couple days won’t make a difference in your health, if anything it is good for you to enjoy all the great foods you want and be thankful we have the opportunities to enjoy them !!❤️💚⁣

» now onto this DELICIOUS bowl of oats 😆⁣
combine these ingredients in a bowl⁣
- 3/4 c oats⁣
- 1 1/4 c water⁣
- *opt* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (livwell_nutrition )⁣
- 1 heaping tsp instant coffee⁣ (i have mini packs from traderjoes )
- sprinkle of salt & cinnamon⁣
- squirt of honey⁣
- crushed candy cane to your liking⁣
microwave 1 min 30 sec. take out and stir. microwave another 45 sec. stir again until super thick 😋 then add toppings (i added banana, cinnamon, a little more honey, walnuts, yogurt (lightandfit ), and more crushed candy cane !!⁣
