» i topped mine w whipped cream (& shaved choc & walnuts) so that’s why it looks a little wonky lol BUT the mug cake was just too warm and awesome so whipped cream melted a tad ;)⁣

» alrighty now here’s the recipes:⁣
- 1/4 c almond flour⁣
- 2 tbs vanilla protein powder (livwell_nutrition )⁣
- 1 tbs sugar of choice (i used coconut)⁣
- 1/4 tsp salt⁣
- 1/2 tsp baking powder⁣
- 1 egg⁣
- 1-2 tsp honey⁣
- 1/2 tsp vanilla⁣
- 2 tbs yogurt (i used lightandfit vanilla greek yogurt)⁣
- combine all ingredients in a mug. mix well. microwave for 1 min 45 sec. add toppings. & enjoy :))))⁣
