» a delicious holiday smoothie needing only 4 ingredients....yes please 🤤⁣⁣
⁣⁣
» throw all these ingredients into a blender & enjoy 😊⁣⁣
- 1 1/2 frozen banana⁣⁣
- 1/4 c yogurt (lightandfit )⁣⁣
- 1/4 c chocolate milk (hopeandsesameco ) - if you don’t have chocolate milk use 1/4 c another milk & some cocoa powder⁣⁣
- 10-12 ice cubes⁣⁣
- 1/2 candy cane (you can use a whole one if you want... but this was plenty of peppermint flavor for me, a little goes a long way lol)⁣ ⁣
- add whipped cream and crushed candy cane along the edge 😛⁣

» thank you to hopeandsesameco for the awesome chocolate milk !! bc it is sesame milk it provides a good source of complete plant based protein and sesame is a sustainable crop bc it requires very little water to thrive, is naturally pest resistant (no pesticides), & it self pollinates ! ⁣⁣
