» wooo it’s December 1st !! officially allowed to go all out for Christmas, so what better way to start out with some candy cane oats ❤️🤍⁣⁣
⁣⁣
» ALSO i made a playlist w some fun Christmas music if you like to listen to music when you run/go to the gym/whatever exercise you like - spotify link is in my bio :)⁣⁣

» vanilla candy cane oatmeal recipe:⁣⁣
-  in a bowl mix, 3/4 c oats, 1 c water, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, ~1-2 tsp honey, ~1-2 tsp coconut sugar, 1 spoonful of flaxseed, splash of vanilla extract, & a sprinkle of salt⁣⁣
- microwave for 1 min 30 sec, remove, stir, and microwave another 45 sec if needed⁣⁣
- crush up a candy cane and mix in some with the oats while bowl is still warm⁣⁣
- i topped it with vanilla yogurt, the rest of the candy cane, & chopped walnuts⁣⁣
