» heyyyy made this very good smoothie bowl today w a flavor combo i don’t think i’ve seen before but tastes great !!⁣⁣

» topped it with lotttsss of vanilla bearnakedgranola , some coconut flakes, banana, and a honey drizzle⁣⁣
⁣⁣
» here’s the recipe if you want to try :)⁣⁣
- 1 frozen banana⁣⁣
- 3/4 c frozen cranberries⁣⁣
- 3/4 c frozen blueberries⁣⁣
- 1/2 c frozen cauliflower rice⁣⁣
- 1/4 c yogurt⁣⁣
- squirt of honey⁣⁣
- sprinkle cinnamon⁣⁣
- splash of water to blend⁣⁣
- 6 to 8 ice cubes⁣⁣
- opt* 1 scoop protein powder (i like vanilla premierprotein)⁣
blend everything and try to add as little water as possible to maximize thickness 😋 ( might need to blend and stir many times )⁣⁣
