» sometimes all you need is a cozy plate of pancakes, eggs, & ham ⁣with a warm coffee⁣
⁣⁣
» i feel like i’ve been crazy busy the past couple weeks but breakfasts like these are always a nice mood booster⁣ :)⁣
⁣⁣
» PANCAKES:⁣⁣
- 1/2 c kodiak cakes mix⁣⁣
- 1/4 c vanilla protein powder⁣⁣
- 1/2 c almond milk⁣⁣
- sprinkle of cinnamon & salt⁣⁣
- capful of vanilla extract⁣⁣
⁣⁣
» combine all pancake ingredients in a bowl. cook on medium heat. heat another pan on high and cook ham on both sides and remove from pan. then scramble eggs and cook on medium to high heat and season with salt & pepper⁣

» i had this after my easy run this morning and here’s your reminder that you shouldn’t eat any less on rest days or easy run days bc your body still needs all the nutrients to recover from hard workouts !! hope everyone is having a good day :) (almost the weekend 🥳)⁣
