» i used to never know what to have for lunch but now w online school i can make these awesome LOADED plates of goods (if your plate is not overflowing you’re doing it wrong 🤪)⁣⁣

» i usually have some type of sandwich so here are my top 3 fav combos:⁣⁣
- chicken & salsa (yes. salsa on a sandwich. it’s very good.)⁣⁣
- turkey. spinach. avocado & hummus spread on bread⁣⁣
- chicken & bbq sauce⁣⁣
⁣⁣
» and here is the most important part: THE SNACKS⁣⁣
- raw veggies & hummus (carrots. belle pepper. cucumber)⁣⁣
- pretzels or chips & cucumber w salsa⁣⁣
- frozen grapes (or another fruit you like)⁣
- apple & yogurt dip⁣⁣
- hard boiled eggs w ebtb⁣⁣
- bell pepper & *whipped* cream cheese w ebtb⁣⁣
- & i like to add a date w pb bc it’s like a mini dessert⁣⁣
