Meet #CHOPWalkforHope ambassador, Jocelyn! The 11-year-old is a creative and adventurous pre-teen who enjoys rock climbing and archery. At 9, she began to lose weight rapidly and needed frequent bathroom trips. Her family turned to CHOP for answers where she was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, a form of IBD. Jocelyn began a series of treatments to relieve her symptoms and promote growth. Now in remission, Jocelyn is enjoying an active social life and pursuing her passions.
