It’s #SpiritDay 💜 A queer Latine dad and a lesbian mom going purple for LGBTQ youth.

My lovetaketwopod cohost jaimiekelton of thequeerfamilypodcast and I are wearing purple with glaad to stand against bullying and show LGBTQ kids that we see them. We’ve got their backs.

62% of LGBTQ students were harassed because of who they are, and many never told an adult. As parents, that hits home. Every kid deserves to feel safe at school, online and at home.
