Victor (victor_zheng) was one of the many cannabis entrepreneurs we met setting up shop at Thailand's 4/20 music festival, "Thailand 420: Legalaew!?"

Walking around a beach near Bangkok that had big tents housing a variety of cannabis shops, we found Victor arranging plastic cups filled with cannabis seedlings, packing dried cannabis buds for sale, and excitedly speaking with customers about the "weed grower's starter kit" his shop naturemaster_official sells.

He chatted with us about his lifelong dream to educate fellow Thais about cannabis and help out budding cannabis growers and tokers start their weed growing journeys, especially now that Thailand is the first country in Southeast Asia to legalize the growth and trade of weed.

“As a Thai and as a personal fan of cannabis, I'm so excited for what's to come in my country. And as much as I am happy, there is still so much work to do for us as Thais... to continue educating each other about cannabis and helping each other reach new heights with it,” he told VICE.
