## Caption

Touched down back in Florida from Texas around 1pm this afternoon, by 3pm we were back in the Dungeon working. We enjoyed a fantastic vacation, but as of this afternoon, it was time to dial that focus back in & get back to work! Day 1 of a new cycle and back on the road to continuing to #StriveForTheHighest and reach our goals. 

This week we give the CNS a small break from the grind it’s been on the last 17-weeks and work more on stability, recovering from the last peak, and get the ole’ joints moving and loosened back up.
